Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-level planning services to support programme/project delivery, including baseline scheduled tasks, resource profiles, and financial models.
  • •Manage operational project controls and PMO issues, focusing on interfaces with project leaders, project managers, and project teams.
  • •Promote overall team integration and lead collaboration across the Integrated Program Controls Team (Schedule, Risk, Project Controls, Analytics).
  • •Perform impact analysis and monitor schedule variance while applying planning/scheduling methods, techniques, and tools.
  • •Lead a team delivering planning/schedule management services, including establishing systems/procedures and developing staff through best practices and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Oversee planning/scheduling for medium-to-high complexity projects or programmes, with experience in project controls methodologies and EVM.
  • •Demonstrable experience with scheduling/planning tools such as Oracle Primavera, MS Project, Asta Power Project, PowerBI, Excel, or Acumen Fuse.
  • •Ability to advise on complex requirements, perform impact analysis, and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  • •Lead and manage a team delivering planning/schedule management services, including staff development and continuous improvement.
  • •Degree education and prior industry/sector experience are essential for this role.
