Drive an integrated book-of-business strategy by conducting Financial Needs Assessments and applying a consultative sales process to identify needs and recommend solutions. Strengthen consumer and small business relationships, grow deposits and fee-based services, ensure high-quality execution across sales, service, operations, and staffing, and participate in community activities while following risk and ethics expectations.
