Job Summary

Partner with enterprise customers and the sales engineering team to present Box’s value, build and deliver technical proposals, and support PoCs and workshops. Translate customer requirements into solution guidance, including integrations with Microsoft, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and customer applications. Deepen expertise in Intelligent Content Management and AI-driven value propositions while collaborating on account planning, product feedback, and escalation to the US HQ.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet customers and partners and present Box’s value using technical knowledge during discussions and events.
•Create proposal materials based on customer needs and present them to key stakeholders.
•Provide technical support and advice on integrations with Microsoft, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and customer custom applications.
•Advance understanding of Intelligent Content Management and drive value propositions and market penetration including AI usage.
•Work with sales, CSM, and consultants on account planning to propose, drive adoption, and collect product-spec improvement requests for escalation to US HQ.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of IT industry experience and 2+ years of pre-sales experience, or experience delivering enterprise solution proposals as a project manager or IT consultant.
•Knowledge of IT areas including cloud, infrastructure, middleware, applications, and security.
•A mindset to identify problems and design/propose solutions with growth orientation and ownership.
•Knowledge of API, SaaS integrations, and AI/automation technologies (preferred).
•Business-level Japanese and English reading/writing proficiency.
