  • •Own the FX execution framework, proposing enhancements to policies, controls, and systems.
  • •Expand Monzo’s global currency footprint and lead Treasury readiness for new markets with robust risk controls in a multi-entity framework.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable experience in a high-paced, high-flow FX environment covering a broad range of currencies.
  • •Proven proficiency executing and managing live exposure across spot, forwards, swaps, and NDFs.
  • •Analytical rigour and familiarity with large data analysis; proficiency in Python or SQL preferred.
  • •Strategic communication skills to translate technical Treasury topics for Product and Engineering stakeholders.
  • •A relevant professional qualification (CFA preferred).
