Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute category, sourcing, and contracting strategies using data gathering and analysis.
  • •Support supplier partnering by maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers to deliver innovation, value, and step-change improvements across the relationship lifecycle.
  • •Manage sourcing events, contracting, and contract administration (including price files, variations, amendments) and track portfolio value delivery plans.
  • •Actively track commercial dashboard KPIs (cycle times, contract coverage, category/supplier/contractor performance) and address/escalate issues to meet targets.
  • •Support inclusive procurement and sustainable value (ESG, TCO, working capital, cost reduction) initiatives, including supplier development and contract governance/compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate qualification at Bachelor degree level or equivalent, or a relevant tertiary qualification with extensive practical experience in a similar context.
  • •Good technical knowledge across the supply chain value chain.
  • •Ability to integrate commercial, supplier management, and purchasing sub-disciplines, including sourcing and contracting.
  • •Strong commercial and business case development with capability in financial and commercial analysis, risk management, and contract management.
  • •Digital and technology market intelligence with category (e.g., IT) procurement and management experience.
