Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct annual and ad-hoc market pricing to evaluate and maintain global salary bands, equity ranges, geographic pay differentials, and total cash compensation.
  • •Model equity burn rates, dilution, overhang, and run-rate projections in collaboration with Finance/Accounting and Legal.
  • •Run statistical and quantitative analyses to forecast costs, model compensation scenarios, and deliver recommendations to leadership and People partners.
  • •Build executive-level dashboards and reporting tools to translate compensation data into actionable insights.
  • •Ensure compliance with global and local pay transparency legislation, reporting standards, and audit requirements.

Salary: USD 85,500 - 107,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, HR, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •4–5 years of analytical experience building complex financial, statistical, or compensation models in Excel.
  • •Knowledge of compensation mechanics including pay, incentives, and equity compensation.
  • •Proficiency with Workday and compensation benchmarking/survey tools (e.g., Radford, Pave, Syndio).
  • •Ability to leverage AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance productivity, data analysis, and documentation where data policies permit.
