Job Summary

Provide L3 security managed services by proactively identifying and resolving complex technical incidents and problems for client infrastructures. Configure and verify client-site systems, use monitoring tools to respond to alerts, and investigate third-line support cases to determine root causes. Maintain zero missed SLA conditions, manage high-complexity tickets, support vendor escalations, and drive operational improvements through automation and knowledge sharing while coaching junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational, maintaining zero missed SLA conditions.
•Perform monitoring and alert response activities, conducting checks and identifying incidents and errors in a timely manner.
•Investigate third-line support calls to determine root causes, log incidents with required detail, and resolve complex problems.
•Analyze, assign, and escalate support calls as needed, including reporting/escalating issues to third-party vendors.
•Coach junior team members, contribute to operational improvements (including automation opportunities), and support disaster recovery implementations and tests.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned managed services experience handling complex security infrastructure in a client environment.
•Strong engineering experience in a medium to large ICT organization.
•Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Seasoned working knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving advanced, complex incidents and problems.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT/computing qualification (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
