Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
  • •Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch, and optimization.
  • •Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, high-performing mobile experiences.
  • •Drive Agile product delivery by managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
  • •Use customer insights, analytics, market trends, and competitive benchmarking to inform decisions and monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement, and feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
  • •Proven success launching and growing customer-facing mobile applications across iOS and Android.
  • •Strong knowledge of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX, and experimentation frameworks.
  • •Experience in Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.
