Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor HR workflow notifications daily for data integrity and security changes and update HR systems accordingly.
  • •Administer onboarding in HR systems, including I-9 processing with E-Verify and auditing I-9 forms; send login instructions to new hires.
  • •Generate, validate, and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • •Provide end-user support and perform basic troubleshooting for users and HR/Admins; maintain knowledgebase procedures.
  • •Verify and maintain integrity of data in HR systems and support HR audits, compliance exams, and HR technology feature testing/configuration.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree or equivalent work experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems; UKGPro and reporting experience are preferred.
  • •Above-average analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • •Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and exceptional client support/customer service skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; extensive UKGPro training is required.
