Job Summary

Lead onsite cybersecurity training for the Global Security Services (GSS) Cybersecurity organization in McKinney. Partner with the Training and Talent Development Team Lead to design and continuously improve training strategy, curriculum, and talent pipeline programs. Measure training effectiveness using data-driven assessments and deliver regional training metrics and briefings to stakeholders. Coordinate onboarding/OJT logistics, host train-the-trainer sessions, and support Workday Cybersecurity training initiatives, with periodic travel for program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the GSS Cybersecurity Raytheon Training and Talent Development Strategy aligned to organizational objectives.
•Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness using data-driven assessments; recommend and help implement improvements to meet evolving business and cybersecurity needs.
•Develop and deliver regional training metrics, reports, and briefings to cyber professional managers and key stakeholders.
•Schedule orientations, lead On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs, and host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
•Coordinate new-hire first two-week onboarding and track training progression; assist with automation and scalable training solutions and execute Workday Cybersecurity training initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
•Relevant experience in cybersecurity, systems security or hardening.
•Experience working with and/or supporting computer technologies (databases, operating systems, computer network hardware, software programs, hardware troubleshooting or electronics).
•Experience in project/program management, office management, senior administration, account management, or corporate training/learning and development/instructional design.
•Ability to lead training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs and conduct performance coaching or talent development initiatives.
