Manager, Warehouse Operations

Lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, material storage, picking/packing, shipping, and order fulfillment. Ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and operational excellence while standardizing processes (SOPs/work instructions) and driving continuous improvement through KPIs and root-cause problem solving. Build and develop warehouse teams, manage inbound/outbound flows, and partner cross-functionally. Implement and optimize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and use SAP for inventory and reporting.
