Job Summary

Operate as the heartbeat of Relay’s People & Talent function, owning onboarding/offboarding, visa and immigration programs, HR queries, HRIS data integrity, and TA logistics in a fast-paced, growth environment. You’ll drive process improvements and help build scalable People Ops processes while ensuring accurate, empathetic support for employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities

•Onboard and offboard employees end-to-end to set new hires up for success
•Own the visa and immigration programme, ensuring compliance and sponsored workers support
•Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries with fast, accurate guidance
•Maintain accurate HRIS and clean people data to enable better decision-making
•Coordinate talent acquisition logistics from case study to onsite interviews to ensure a great candidate experience
