Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationally manage the Aon and Lockton teams and local providers across smaller Latin American countries.
  • •Create, update, and harmonize benefits policies in compliance with local legislation, using global/regional references.
  • •Support business partners and HR with specialized benefits advice and information, and ensure labor legislation is applied correctly.
  • •Lead or support HR projects and provide audit support while acting as the custodian of compliance processes, access controls, and information security standards.
