Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the financial close process by analyzing variances against budget, forecasts, prior-year actuals, and key drivers; provide management commentary.
  • •Drive development of annual plan/budget and forecasts, including opportunities/risks and accurate data upload into Hyperion budgeting and forecasting.
  • •Create standardized financial reporting packages with business metrics/KPIs; identify and communicate revenue risks/opportunities and respond to ad-hoc analysis requests.
  • •Develop presentations for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and quarterly operating reviews (QORs), plus ad-hoc presentations.
  • •Guide and mentor the team; lead special projects and execute financial process improvements through tools, analysis/modeling, and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant or CPA or MBA Finance.
  • •Experience in varied financial roles with advanced knowledge across all phases of financial planning and management.
  • •Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion and Oracle).
  • •Good understanding of reporting, forecasting and budgeting techniques.
  • •Strong analytical and proven problem solving skills.
