Process payroll end-to-end by calculating wages and deductions, preparing paychecks and direct deposit files, and reconciling time cards and attendance/leave records. Ensure accurate computation of government contributions and withholding taxes while staying compliant with Philippine labor laws. Manage payroll data and records, resolve payroll discrepancies, and handle clearances and final pay calculations for separated employees with strict confidentiality.
