Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a logistics analytics problem domain end-to-end, framing ambiguous problems and delivering solutions that improve cost, efficiency, and service performance.
  • •Act as a thought partner to business and domain leads by shaping problem statements, challenging assumptions, and co-developing data-driven approaches.
  • •Apply advanced analytical methods (simulation, optimization, statistical modeling) for fleet sizing, routing, staffing, and demand planning.
  • •Determine causal impact in operational environments by designing/analyzing experiments (e.g., cluster, switchback) and using causal inference methods (e.g., DiD, synthetic controls).
  • •Build and scale data products and analytical tools to enable self-serve analytics and faster decision-making, collaborating with data and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience) with 5–8 years in analytics or data science.
  • •Proven logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics experience (e.g., fleet sizing, routing, staffing, demand planning) with measurable impact.
  • •Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience on large-scale datasets and efficient query/performance optimization.
  • •Experience with modern data platforms, preferably Google Cloud (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI, Google Colab, Google Sheets) or similar stacks.
  • •Experience with advanced analytics and causal inference, including experimentation design/analysis (e.g., A/B, cluster, switchback; DiD, synthetic controls).
