Key Responsibilities

  • •Despliegue e Implementación de Soluciones: Install, configure, and implement company products, ensuring client installation requirements are met and systems operate at 100% capacity per specifications.
  • •Diseño y Planificación de Infraestructura: Define platforms and system specs, determine central server infrastructure, capacity planning, storage requirements, and network protocols.
  • •Desarrollo Estratégico de Sistemas: Develop technical, tactical, and strategic plans, defining system architecture and technical feasibility for robust solutions.
  • •Soporte y Transferencia Técnica: Ensure customer satisfaction and provide ongoing technical support to sales and client teams, sharing technical information on applications.
  • •Integración de Ecosistemas Complejos: Integrate software applications, APIs, OSI model, and operating systems to ensure interoperability with client network infrastructure.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •RF engineering experience (RFDS) and antenna/cable systems design
  • •Experience with advanced networking protocols and devices (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, NAT; routers/switches/firewalls)
  • •Server/virtualization expertise (VMware ESXi, Linux, Windows; remote access protocols SSH, SCP, SFTP, RDP)
  • •Technical familiarity with Motorola Solutions portfolio (LMR P25, TETRA, HF/DMR; Astro 25) and microwave networks
  • •Certifications or equivalents (CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, Nokia NRS1, CCNA)
