•Analyze existing products using reverse engineering and support product testing.
•Perform technical product design considering geometry, material, and surface requirements.
•Create and manage development-related documentation (DoE, DVP&R, D-FMEAs, technical drawings, master data).
•Develop usage and manufacturing concepts, define manufacturing processes and calculation bases, and design forming tools.
•Support and evaluate manufacturing trials and collaborate with product management, operations, quality, and purchasing for aerospace product development.

•Completed technical degree (e.g., aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable field).
•Knowledge of blind-fastening technology or mechanical joining technologies.

•Experience in tool design for forming processes, especially cold, semi-hot, or hot forming.
•Familiarity with modern development methods and tools such as 3D-CAD, CAE, DFMEA, or DVP&R.
