Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the full procure-to-pay (P2P) process from requisition through purchase order (PO) creation and management.
  • •Process purchase requisitions accurately and ensure timely closure of PO renewals and change orders.
  • •Identify and evaluate vendors, analyze quotes using TCO, and validate pricing for optimal value; negotiate favorable terms aligned to policies.
  • •Manage the vendor lifecycle (onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolution) and maintain up-to-date vendor records and documentation.
  • •Partner with Legal and Information Security for contract reviews, support invoice reconciliation, maintain procurement compliance, and deliver spend analysis, reporting, and KPI/MIS tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •7–9 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • •Expertise across the requisition-to-payment lifecycle across commodities such as Software, Hardware, TechOps, Marketing, Services, Facilities, and HR.
  • •Demonstrated experience with SaaS procurement models (preferred).
  • •Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable commercial terms.
  • •Excellent communication, analytical/problem-solving, and organizational skills for a fast-paced environment.
