Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of the Commercial DACA program, including solution consulting, onboarding, agreement language, billing, servicing, and risk reviews.
  • •Provide product vision and strategic direction for DACA, including product profitability, CX development, liquidity positioning, and portfolio evolution.
  • •Enhance onboarding and account servicing experiences; improve reconciliation, efficiency, and data quality for control.
  • •Lead, develop, and manage a team of DACA associates, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • •Support day-to-day research and issue resolution, partner with technology and vendors on client solutions, deliver internal/external training, and assist sales with product enablement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics); MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of product management or product development experience.
  • •Experience with Deposit Account Control Agreements/Blocked Accounts.
  • •Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations and interface with clients and industry venues.
  • •Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and summarizing large data sets; strong analytical capability.
