Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and lead agentic-first subsystems, including service architecture, data models, and agent/tool integrations, using long-running multi-agent workflows.
  • •Drive major initiatives from ambiguous problem statements through technical design, multi-team execution, rollout, and long-term operability.
  • •Establish verification-first practices at scale by defining evals, harnesses, guardrails, and review rituals.
  • •Set the practice for how engineers work with agents by shaping playbooks, tooling, and rituals and training senior engineers.
  • •Own non-functional requirements—performance, reliability, and security—especially for software supply chain threats, and partner with Product, Security Research, UX, and Support leaders.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional software development with a track record leading multi-quarter technical initiatives across multiple teams or services.
  • •Hands-on experience designing, running, and scaling multi-agent systems, including tooling, shared context/memory, agent handoffs, and eval harnesses in production.
  • •Deep expertise in Java, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and large-scale distributed systems with performance tuning and production operability.
  • •Verification-first mindset: define evals, test harnesses, observability, and review workflows so teams can ship code without relying on line-by-line generation.
  • •Working knowledge of software supply chain security, including SBOM formats (CycloneDX, SPDX), SCA, SLSA provenance, Sigstore/cosign, and vulnerability analysis (OSV, NVD).
