Job Summary

Support Bynder’s Customer Advocacy team by planning and executing advocacy programs such as Spotlight Awards and Bynder Connect. Help create written and video customer stories, manage customer reviews and loyalty initiatives, and coordinate customer communications including a monthly newsletter and email campaigns. Enable go-to-market teams with reusable customer proof assets, track program performance with reporting, and assist with vendor management and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

•Support flagship customer advocacy programs like the Spotlight Awards and Bynder Connect events, coordinating communications, timelines, and logistics.
•Create customer stories by coordinating end-to-end written and video case studies with input from Customer Success Managers.
•Enable go-to-market teams by turning customer stories and webinars into sales assets and maintaining a customer proof library.
•Drive customer advocacy initiatives including review generation campaigns, loyalty programs, webinar speaker management, and customer reference activities.
•Manage customer communications and track program performance through reporting, procurement/vendor support, and impact measurement.

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, or Communications degree program in London or Greater London.
•Available for a 12-month internship starting August/September 2026.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Organized, proactive, and creative with a passion for marketing.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
