Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on line-of-business specific projects that impact Key’s business and strategic pillars as part of the Real Estate Capital team.
  • •Research economic conditions, market trends, neighborhoods, industries, and prospective tenants.
  • •Develop strategic contact databases to support client and investor relationships.
  • •Conduct field research and help prepare marketing materials.
  • •Complete a Capstone Project using learnings from the internship and perform other duties as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Have completed at least two years toward a four-year undergraduate degree with coursework in finance, real estate, or a related field and expected graduation in or before May 2028.
  • •Maintain outstanding academic achievement (minimum 3.3 undergraduate GPA).
  • •Demonstrate teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities.
  • •Show financial acumen through relevant coursework or experience in finance/real estate.
  • •Relevant experience is preferred.
