Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily production line support and resolve line issues promptly to ensure quality and safe production.
  • •Standardize station/product work and determine standard time (SOE) to reduce SOE and improve efficiency and cost via Kaizen, RIE, or projects.
  • •Optimize fixtures and tools to improve efficiency, safety, and reduce cost.
  • •Lead production line improvement projects, such as new equipment/process introductions or replacements, and prepare welding process documents for new products according to relevant codes (e.g., GB Code, ASME).
  • •Arrange and execute annual welder training and certification, and support quality improvement by finding root causes to prevent recurrence, while carrying out EHS work.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in welding or mechanical engineering.
  • •Minimum 5 years of manufacturing/plant operations experience, including at least 3 years in pressure vessel welding process experience.
  • •Good experience implementing Lean/LEAN practices.
  • •Skilled with AutoCAD, Pro/E, and MS Office.
  • •Project management experience and good communication skills.
