Job Summary

Drive on-trade channel marketing for PRVN brands by aligning consumer and channel strategies to grow demand and trade support. Develop and execute trade channel strategy, commercial planning calendars, and lead Tet project planning. Manage Trade A&P budgeting and track performance, monitor market and customer trends, and lead customer segmentation and service pack development. Own visual merchandising and visibility strategies to activate outlets and increase loyal and new consumer consumption.

Key Responsibilities

•Synchronize consumer and channel strategies to increase demand and trade support for profitable growth.
•Develop trade channel strategy for PRVN brands to be listed, displayed, and activated; build commercial planning calendar aligned to priorities and seasonality.
•Lead Tet project planning.
•Provide Trade A&P priorities and budget guidelines, formulate operational channel marketing plans, and track budgets to avoid overspending.
•Lead category management (customer segmentation and service pack/value-added services) and drive animation/visibility through visual merchandising and seasonal promotion activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor in Marketing, or equivalent.
•At least 5 years in Trade Marketing, Sales, Marketing at the equivalent position.
•Experience in a multinational company, FMCG or related fields is preferable.
•Fluency in English and computer literacy.
•Clear understanding of sales and marketing in the alcoholic business or related field.
