Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategically manage and optimize raw material planning, ordering, and inventory processes to meet service and inventory objectives.
  • •Analyze raw material usage and perform daily planning for web stock materials while standardizing planning processes.
  • •Develop and maintain vendor management processes for accurate forecasting and timely ordering.
  • •Lead mission-critical projects including cycle counts and loss reduction initiatives to improve planning, inventory management, and service quality.
  • •Support new product introductions and transitions; resolve invoice exceptions and coordinate international orders with relevant departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (or related field).
  • •At least 2 years of experience in scheduling, planning, or supply chain within manufacturing.
  • •Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • •Ability to take ownership of issues, drive results, and initiate/lead change.
  • •Proficiency with enterprise Lean Sigma tools (including A3 Thinking or similar lean methodologies).
