Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations in-person and by phone.
  • •Open and support consumer and business banking products including deposit accounts, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed and participating in branch huddles and debriefs.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation and ethical conduct.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required); bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (sales more important than financial services).
  • •Knowledge of consumer credit (loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products like Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
