Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and lead the project HSE organization and governance structure.
  • •Implement and maintain project HSE management systems, procedures, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Ensure effective adoption of HSE procedures across project teams and contractors, aligned with local requirements and best practices in Japan.
  • •Deliver HSE training, coaching, and awareness programs for project personnel and key stakeholders.
  • •Monitor HSE performance, conduct audits/inspections/compliance reviews, and manage incident records, reporting, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Project Management, Law, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Proven project HSE management experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, energy, or technology projects.
  • •Strong understanding of HSE management systems, risk assessment, incident prevention, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Experience working in complex environments with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
  • •Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
