Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead program planning and execution of assigned programs consisting of multiple projects, ensuring success factors and technical objectives are met.
  • •Define and scope programs, own program plans and deliverables, and develop/manage integrated schedules.
  • •Monitor and report progress, including weekly stakeholder updates to senior executives.
  • •Identify and resolve project deadlocks by proposing solutions, achieving consensus, and making project decisions with strategic focus.
  • •Continuously improve processes/practices to drive efficiency and scale; establish partner relationships and mentor others to deliver program objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years total experience, including 2+ years in a technical role and 6+ months as a project/program manager in software or related industries.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field; PGDM/MBA is a plus.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with comfort speaking to executives, product/technical leaders, partners, and developers.
  • •In-depth technical understanding of the agile software development lifecycle.
  • •Ability to handle ambiguity and competing priorities while learning quickly and adapting to new environments/technologies.
