  • •Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of highways professionals across Queensland.
  • •Strengthen AECOM’s relationship with TMR and other transport clients across Queensland.
  • •Work with clients to understand priorities, identify opportunities, and position AECOM for future work.
  • •Support business development activities including strategic pursuits, bids, proposals, and client engagement.
  • •Oversee project portfolio, resources, workload, budgets, and financial performance; provide leadership for planning, design, and delivery while championing safety, quality, and sustainability.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in the Queensland roads and highways sector.
  • •Demonstrated experience working with TMR, including its requirements, standards, procurement processes, and delivery environment.
  • •Proven experience leading, developing, and supporting technical teams in an engineering consultancy or similar environment.
  • •Strong relationships across the Queensland transport market and ability to build credibility with clients and industry partners.
  • •A relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering or a related discipline; RPEQ accreditation (or eligibility to obtain it) is highly regarded.
