Customer Experience Banker - Pocahontas

Serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customer financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. Provide exemplary customer service, educate customers on deposit products, and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen partnerships, while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
