Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform minor maintenance and repairs including ceiling tile replacement, drywall repair, painting, caulking, and plumbing fixes.
  • •Maintain and inspect facilities systems and equipment such as HVAC condensate drain lines, fire extinguishers, AEDs, emergency lighting, and respond to water intrusion events.
  • •Transport, install, and reconfigure office furniture and materials, support space moves/events, and assist with A/V setup (operation not required).
  • •Operate forklifts, man lifts, pickup trucks, and small electric/gas vehicles; pressure wash walkways and building exteriors per environmental standards.
  • •Use ARCHIBUS to track and report tickets, coordinate daily projects and delivery schedules, investigate trouble calls, support compliance inspections, and prepare for hurricane readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Be a US Citizen able to pass a federal and local background/credit check to obtain government clearance and handle CUI-level information.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities support.
  • •Valid Florida driver’s license required.
  • •Ability to perform minor repairs (drywall, plumbing, painting, etc.) and work physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 1,200 lbs (with equipment).
  • •Familiarity with ARCHIBUS (or similar facilities management systems) and basic computer skills for recordkeeping/reporting.
