Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and heating/water/drainage systems per specifications and plumbing codes.
  • •Troubleshoot and service commercial plumbing fixtures and systems, including sewer snake/cleaning machinery use.
  • •Maintain and repair facility-related plumbing systems and install pressure vessels to OSHA certification standards.
  • •Perform hands-on shop and/or on-site pump and mechanical equipment disassembly, inspection, reporting, cleaning, and reassembly.
  • •Track multiple projects in the work order system, respond to emergencies, and perform routine safety observations/inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •5+ years of plumbing experience.
  • •Familiarity with commercial building codes.
