Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive best-in-class product maturity, including yield (bits per wafers) and product grades such as Repair Density and DPM at the fastest speed and cycle of learning.
  • •Apply in-depth knowledge of FEOL/MOL/CELL/BEOL processes to identify the best process integration solutions.
  • •Collaborate with YE, Device, RDA, and Metrology teams to resolve top yield issues.
  • •Develop inline visibility to enable fast yield ramp and minimize excursion.
  • •Identify and standardize best-known methods and business processes across the DRAM/NAND network; travel to Micron sites as needed.
