Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and implementation of MuleSoft-based integrations using API-led connectivity principles and govern enterprise API standards, including RAML/OpenAPI specifications, versioning, and lifecycle management.
  • •Design and optimize system-to-system integrations across Salesforce, cloud platforms, and on-prem systems using MuleSoft.
  • •Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and security of integrations, including error handling, retries, and monitoring.
  • •Partner with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to align MuleSoft integrations with enterprise architecture standards and distributed system/service interactions.
  • •Establish engineering standards and document design patterns such as data exchange formats, API contracts, and automation triggers.
