Job Summary

Merchandise Pepsi products across assigned retail accounts by stocking shelves, coolers, and displays, rotating product, and organizing backroom storage. Move products from storage to the sales floor while maintaining neat, orderly stock and ensuring merchandising is completed within required hours. Communicate issues to supervisors and coworkers as needed. Work includes frequent walking and significant physical lifting and pushing/pulling with a pallet jack.

Key Responsibilities

•Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi products in assigned accounts.
•Rotate shelved product and set up displays as needed.
•Maintain backroom stock in a neat and orderly condition.
•Stock and rotate coolers, and move products from storage to the sales floor.
•Communicate issues to supervisor and co-workers and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED is highly preferred.
•Retail industry work experience is preferred.
•Customer service skills and good oral and written communication skills are required.
•Good math skills and the ability to work under pressure (including without direct supervision) are required.
•Valid driver’s license is required and candidates must be able to meet PBV driving qualifications.
