Senior HR Business Partner Operations Manager

Lead operational strategy and program management for the HR Business Partner organization at Adobe. Partner with COEs and HR leadership to design, implement, and scale HR processes, programs, dashboards, and initiatives; drive an operational rhythm, accountability, and data-driven insights. Build cross-functional relationships to align resources with Adobe’s strategic goals, while guiding senior leaders and enabling transformational change. Manage a team of HRBPs and contribute to annual planning in a dynamic, global environment.
