Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee ML TRID Quality Assurance Analysts day to day to safeguard compliance for post-closing mortgages (Retail and HMD).
  • •Implement and oversee TRID policies and procedures; monitor pipeline volume and turn times for accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
  • •Maintain deep TRID and compliance knowledge to ensure associates’ work is accurate and complete and reduces bank risk.
  • •Monitor and resolve clerical/numerical/tolerance defects by issuing corrective Closing Disclosures/refunds within regulatory timing.
  • •Engage and support regulatory audits and oversee post-closing controls including reconciliation and reports; support offshore vendor post-closing functions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • •Eight or more years of regulatory compliance experience for loan estimates and closing disclosure re-disclosures/requirements.
  • •Five or more years in a supervisory role managing at least eight associates.
  • •In-depth knowledge of TRID regulations, compliance requirements, and bank policies for accuracy and completeness.
