Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct inspections of construction works progress and implement/verify quality and HSSE policies, procedures, and client requirements by contractors and subcontractors.
  • •Support Project Managers with managing client relations and responding to client clarifications on technical and contractual issues.
  • •Review contractors’ work program (pre-construction) and submittals (staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans, etc.).
  • •Monitor contractors’ daily activities on site, conduct Requests for Inspections, and coordinate quality inspections with the QA/QC Engineer to identify and raise quality issues.
  • •Support hand-over activities and the defects liability period, including snags list input and monitoring rectifications, commissioning reports, and take-over/defect liability certificate inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry, particularly in a construction supervision/inspection role.
  • •5+ years of experience in a top tier regional/multinational consultancy firm, with expertise in construction site inspections.
  • •Experience conducting site inspections on large supervision sites, including works progress, quality inspections, and HSSE inspections.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong organization and attention to detail.
