Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and organize activities surrounding the project cycle; monitor each project from order entry to completion.
  • •Ensure identified issues are reacted to in a timely manner and partner with production to support critical aspects and meet customer delivery dates.
  • •Support the Project Management team by capturing, interpreting, inputting, and maintaining sales orders; participating in production meetings; and maintaining project information through the ERP system.
  • •Manage shipping schedules, project/product expediting, critical project timelines, and shipping instructions including customer shipping specifications.
  • •Provide customer service and sales support/backup, maintain running inventory reports, develop cost proposals, and complete store quantity take-offs for multi-store rollouts.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years working in an administrative/project coordination capacity, preferably in the consumer environments industry.
  • •Proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets using MS Office Programs such as Work and Excel.
  • •Ability to work independently while multi-tasking and to express yourself professionally in verbal and written communications.
  • •Organizational skills and a team player mentality.
  • •Proven ability working on multi-million-dollar accounts as a lead administrator/coordinator.
