Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications including LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and RAG/intelligent automation workflows.
  • •Build and ship the model layer for real product features with accuracy and latency targets, including composing multiple models into working systems.
  • •Write real code and lead end-to-end experimentation: hypotheses, ablations, evaluation design, and interpreting results that disagree with initial assumptions.
  • •Perform large-scale post-training and operate models in production by diagnosing what broke and improving reliability.
  • •Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to turn ambiguous problems into executable plans and define technical direction.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (exception for exceptional BS candidates).
  • •First-author publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP (or similar), meaningful open-source ML contributions, or models you trained and shipped that people used.
  • •Hands-on fine-tuning experience on open-weight models, including explaining parameter-efficient vs full fine-tuning decisions.
  • •Strong Python and PyTorch expertise, with familiarity with training/serving stacks such as HuggingFace, FSDP/DeepSpeed, and vLLM/SGLang (or equivalents).
  • •Evidence of completing production-ready model projects, including multi-node training experience and end-to-end data pipeline work feeding real training runs.
