Lead the evolution of our data stack, owning pipelines to platform and enabling self-serve analytics and product insights. •Partner with Product, Analytics and Engineering to build scalable systems that unlock value from data from sources like databases, event streams, and marketing platforms.
•Lead technical vision and architecture for short- and long-term data initiatives.
•Work with analytics to standardize company-wide metrics.
•Support internal use cases such as financial reporting, product analytics and operational metrics.
•Enable external use cases like customer-facing dashboards and self-serve analytics while maintaining the data stack from ingestion to consumption.

•Expertise in SQL and data modeling with experience in data warehouse design (Snowflake) and DBT; familiar with ELT concepts.
•Experience with AWS and cloud infrastructure; familiarity with Terraform, Docker, and containerized workflows.
•Proficiency in Python and Unix/Linux scripting; experience working with APIs and data orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Airbyte, Fivetran, Kafka).
