Join the Career Foundation Program Associate – Business to gain hands-on experience in business management and supply planning. Assist in managing category profitability, executing annual business plans, and leading forecasting with demand and supply planning teams. Key Responsibilities

•Assist in managing the profitability of an assigned product category and execute the annual business plan, including profit/loss for an assigned product group or brand.
•Act as a liaison between operations, sales, and marketing; lead forecasting efforts with demand and supply planning teams.
•Develop and maintain retail pricing and promotion documentation; manage trade spending targets and day-to-day P&L and volume plans.
•Create finished goods plans to support customer orders, forecasted demand, and inventory requirements, including Target & Safety Stock settings.
•Collaborate across teams to manage stock levels and shortages, measure and report process metrics and KPI adherence, and maintain long-term capacity status and weekly KPI updates.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 21.63 - 31.25 hourly
