Key Responsibilities

•Resolve sophisticated customer concerns and technical issues through thorough research, reproduction, and problem solving for DGX Platform installations and operations.
•Rapidly debug and respond to user-reported issues via telephone, email or conference calls on the DGX Platform stack.
•Apply AI tools to share debugging results, create knowledge base articles, and analyze issues to improve support processes.
•Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing feedback to engineering and marketing on product requirements and support tools.
•Collaborate with Support/R&D to document standard methodologies for internal teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,000 - 172,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in providing in-depth customer support and debugging experience for hardware and software products.
•Proven use of established AI technologies in day-to-day responsibilities.
•Knowledge of Linux triage and servers, ability to resolve hardware/OS issues.

•Bachelor's degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent experience).
