Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise, coach, and develop supervisors, workload coordinators, and other assigned management staff.
  • •Hire and manage a technically proficient staff throughout the life of the contract.
  • •Provide timely deliverables and performance-related data to the customer to enable monitoring, oversight, and performance measurement.
  • •Suggest and drive process improvements to improve service delivery and performance.
  • •Resolve problems with minimal disruption and participate in calls and digital video conferences as required with overseas posts and U.S. Government agencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a U.S. citizen with a current, active Secret level security clearance.
  • •Strong command of English verbally and in writing, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • •Experience with Avaya Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and NICE Contact Center Interaction Recording software.
  • •Two (2) years of management experience; Bachelor’s degree or four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted; must successfully pass a comprehensive 10-year criminal and credit history background check.
