Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
  • •Establish and maintain project governance, processes and systems, including the master project plan and schedules.
  • •Develop and implement resource plans and procurement of resources; lead and facilitate the cross-functional project team.
  • •Monitor performance using KPI’s, manage change control, budgets and forecast vs actual costs.
  • •Interface with the client, other consultants, and stakeholders, generating regular progress reports and ensuring health & safety and environmental considerations are addressed.

Key Requirements

  • •NEC (3/4) accreditation (preferred)
  • •Chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc (preferred)
  • •Degree qualified in a construction related subject
  • •Proven experience leading project management commissions end-to-end
  • •Experience on infrastructure projects in sectors such as transport, highways, utilities or defence (preferred)
