Job Summary

Provide hands-on implementation and deployment services for Okta customers, leading multiple concurrent post-sales customer projects to drive long-term success. Gather and document post-sales requirements, perform technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting, and mentor customers on the service. Collaborate across Okta teams (Customer Success, Product Management, Engineering, Support) while continuously improving delivery processes and supporting integrations for identity federation and access control.

•Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements and communicate at the technical/functional level.

•Perform hands-on technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service.
•Act as a liaison between customers and Product Management and collaborate with Engineering and Support to address escalated issues.

•5+ years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.

•Experience with JavaScript and one or more JavaScript MVC frameworks (Backbone, Angular, Ember, React).
•Familiarity with enterprise security, infrastructure, cloud architectures, and on-premise IT landscapes.
•Ability to manage multiple customer engagements and contribute hands-on.
