Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute compliance monitoring reviews in line with the Compliance Monitoring Plan and established methodologies.
  • •Support scoping, planning, testing, and documentation of monitoring reviews covering regulatory compliance and, where required, financial crime topics.
  • •Identify, document, and communicate findings, risks, root causes, and remediation actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • •Monitor implementation of agreed action plans and escalate overdue remediation actions when appropriate.
  • •Prepare management information and reporting for Compliance Monitoring governance and support ad hoc projects and process/regulatory change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree education, preferably in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business, or Economics (professional qualifications advantageous).
  • •Proven experience in Compliance, Audit, Risk, Financial Crime, or the broader financial services sector.
  • •Strong understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.
  • •Experience assessing risks, controls, and regulatory compliance obligations in a regulated environment.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German skills are an asset.
