Key Responsibilities

•Lead environment work for high profile projects to secure State and Commonwealth approvals in collaboration with clients and cross-business teams
•Manage the delivery of complex Environmental Impact Assessments and approvals for major projects, coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and handling EIS, MID, EPBC processes
•Demonstrate technical leadership by identifying risks and guiding planning, design and approval processes across projects
•Provide technical advice and strategic planning for impact assessment and approvals across diverse projects and environmental services
•Manage resources and budgets, delegating tasks and monitoring project performance

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Regional/Urban Planning or Environmental Planning, Science or Engineering
•12+ years relevant environmental assessment and approvals experience in a consulting environment
•Demonstrated experience leading successful application of Commonwealth and State planning and environmental legislation on major projects
•Commercial acumen and experienced project manager, with advanced skill in schedule, resource and budget management
