Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and operationalize a holistic organic search strategy in partnership with Growth Marketing to optimize paid SEM spend and accelerate PPC-to-SEO testing.
  • •Lead the SEO/AEO strategic roadmap, including measurement of AI discovery and unifying content generation with LLM “model training” dominance.
  • •Oversee global SEO foundations such as content architecture, localization, internal linking, metadata optimization, and schema markup in partnership with engineering.
  • •Develop AI-first tooling for SEO/AEO operations, including implementation of Model Context Protocols (MCPs) to bridge data silos with LLMs.
  • •Own end-to-end content operations by supporting the web content calendar and serving as the organic search subject matter expert to align SEO outcomes with revenue targets.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of professional experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital product management within a large-scale, high-growth organization.
  • •1–2 years of people management experience.
  • •Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable narratives using dashboards and tools such as Tableau and Amplitude.
  • •Deep understanding of AEO vs. SEO, including how LLMs parse information gain, entity relationships, and sentiment.
  • •Strong experience managing content publication in an enterprise CMS and using SEO research tools such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
